  • MARTA (Director)

    MARTA (Director)

Welcome to our school! My name is Marta and I am so happy to be one of the 19 Kids&Us directors in Belgium. If you visit us, you can't miss me, as I am always at the door greeting your children with a big smile. I feel so lucky to see their faces light up as soon as they join their teachers and friends. What I enjoy the most is witnessing not only how the children grow and learn so fast, but also how much fun they're having. Our school is so much more than just learning a language. It's a 360-degree experience involving immersing yourself into the world of our amazing characters, sharing adventures with them, and creating new bonds for life. And of course, all of this happens 100% in English. If you haven't joined our family yet, why don't you give me a call and I'll tell you all about us!

  • ANNA

    ANNA

Hi, I'm Anna and I come from Hungary. Before I moved to Belgium, I have had the chance to live in some other European countries such as Sweden and Ireland. I've been teaching at Kids&Us since 2016 and even though I started out as a teacher I have grown to be one of the academic coordinators in Wemmel, and now Heysel too. During these last several years, I have had the opportunity to witness first-handedly how our school has flourished with close to 700 students. Coordinating has allowed me to polish my organisational, interpersonal and problem-solving skills in an amiable environment. In my free time, I enjoy cooking, doing crafts, and training my amazing pets. I also love travelling and hope to visit all European countries in the future. Have you got an idea of which levels I teach this year?

  • MONIKA

    MONIKA

Hey! My name's Monika and I’m an avid board game, animal and travelling enthusiast. At Kids&Us you will most likely find me assisting teachers, children and the parents. I have always had a special bond with kids, which has led me to become a teacher and eventually the pedagogical coordinator of Wemmel-Heysel. My master's degree in Children and Adolescent Psychology has given me the tools to accomplish one of my main goals as an academic coordinator of the school: helping the children as well as the teachers in reaching their full potential. I love working at Kids&Us not only because of my firm belief in the methodology, but also, because of our wonderful team. Don’t hesitate to drop by soon!

  • PAMELA

    PAMELA

Hi everyone! My name is Pamela! I come from Colombia but have been connected to Belgium from a very young age. I am a big animal fan and love nature; my two dogs are the loves of my life. I’ve always been passionate about education and working with kids of all ages. As this is my third year at Kids&Us, I have now been a teacher to children of all levels (Mousy to Fairy Tales!). Kids have never ceased to amaze me, but the smaller ones do have a special place in my heart; I just adore watching them grow, learn, and become a little person of their own. Besides, I love how they allow you to be silly and carefree around them. I am really excited for this school year as I have had the luck to become an academical coordinator! As such I can make children have even more fun, not only in class, but also at camps and other events. Can you figure out which classes I teach?

  • EVI

    EVI

Hello, I’m Evi and I come from Greece! From a very young age, I have dreamt of becoming an educator which inspired me to study English literature and teaching. My Hellenic heritage has fuelled my passion for humanities, pedagogy, and linguistics. I have taught English in Greece and now in Belgium. This is my second year working for Kids&Us and I couldn’t be happier. I am extremely fond of its methodology and the connection it creates with natural learning. When entering my class, students find themselves special members of a little group who enjoy learning together and having fun! Besides teaching, I love reading, attending theater plays, visiting museums and traveling. Have you got an idea which levels I teach?

  • SAROD

    SAROD

Hello! My name is Sarod. I grew up in UAE, but I am originally from Pakistan. I moved to Belgium 2 years ago to pursue my bachelor's degree. Having lived in different countries, I encountered many cultures and dialects and truly became fascinated with the process of learning new languages. Being a part of the dynamic Kids&Us team gives me the opportunity to be involved in the crucial developmental stages of a child’s life, by introducing them to the English language in a creative and immersive way. Being an educator is truly one of the most rewarding and fulfilling careers that exist. When I am not in a classroom, I am in the kitchen trying out new recipes or travelling the world. I am also an avid gym-goer, rock climber and I play instruments in my spare time. Can you figure out which levels I teach this year?

  • EVELIN

    EVELIN

Hi there, I’m Evelin! Originally from Hungary, I had the privilege of growing up in a very international environment, and English has been my main language since age 8. I started out with a degree in Biology, which I really loved; but whether it was through nannying, tutoring, or volunteering on the weekends, I always seemed to find my way back to working with kids. I have always felt I had a natural ease and affinity for working with children, so I decided to reorient. I have since completed studies relating to education and childcare, and I’m hoping to continue with much more! I really enjoy teaching at Kids&Us, as it embodies everything that I myself experienced and found so vital to learning new languages at a young age. With these tools, I hope to help my students unlock their potential, and harness the gift of seeing the world through another language. Do you know which classes I give?

  • DOUAA

    DOUAA

Hellooo! My name is Douaa and I am a mix of two cultures: Spain and Morroco. I come from a small city in Spain called Benidorm and I am a biomedical engineer student. Yup! You must be wondering what an engineer is doing at Kids&Us. Well, let me tell you. Teaching has always been in my life since I was a teenager whether it was helping my classmates or tutoring the neighbours’ kids, for me it’s something natural and intuitive. I am an empath and I connect deeply with music which explains my profound interest in psychology, languages and music, which coincidentally are also the three things that you can find in the Kids&Us methodology. Working at Kids&Us allows me to pursue all my interests which is truly extraordinary! Can you try to guess which levels I teach?

  • MOUNA

    MOUNA

Hi there! I am Mouna and I am from a small coastal city in Spain. Even though it’s small, it’s full of tourists from all over the world and it’s where my passion for languages, culture, music and literature began. I am a psychology student here in Brussels, but I must say that I looove to spend time with kids. For me children are comparable to pure magic. They inspire me so much that I joined different NGO programs in Spain to help them bloom and reach their full potential. Singing, dancing, playing, you name it! I am ready to do anything fun that helps kids learn and makes them laugh, an experience which you can discover at Kids&Us due to their unique methodology. Now let’s play a game…Can you guess which classes I teach?

  • JOACHIM

    JOACHIM

Hi! My name is Joachim, but most people call me Jo. I’ve had the chance to travel a lot during my childhood, allowing me to experience a variety of cultures and learn many languages. This continuous nomadic lifestyle has pushed me to a Master’s degree in Cultural Anthropology where I seek to research language-learning in migrant groups! In addition, throughout my young life I’ve grown fond of working with kids, whether through the arts, the languages, or one-on-one tutoring, it’s been wonderful! Since September I’ve been working for Kids&Us and I’m absolutely loving it. There’s no better feeling than guiding children towards a goal and seeing them reach it little by little, and now I can do that at Kids&Us! When I am not teaching you can find me writing, painting, or running! Have you got an idea which lessons I give?
